Création de la couverture d’album pour le rappeur Elyaquim

Elyaquim, a talented young rapper from Côte d’Ivoire, has launched his debut album. To mark the launch with a strong visual identity, a CD-format album cover was created. The aim was to capture the essence of his musical style and artistic universe through meticulous graphic design.

Description of request : 

The main objective was to create a CD-format album cover that reflected Elyaquim’s personality and musical universe. The cover had to be clean, combining dark and light elements to represent the different facets of the artist. It was crucial that the final design was consistent with Elyaquim’s visual identity.

Direction :

To achieve this objective, a number of key steps were taken :

• Trend research : An analysis of current trends in album cover design was carried out to ensure that the visual was modern and attractive.
• Photographing the artist and the environment : Photo shoots were organised to capture Elyaquim in environments that reflected his artistic world.
• Photo selection and retouching : The best photos were selected and retouched to improve visual quality and match the desired aesthetic.
• Creation of the album cover using Photoshop : Photoshop was used to integrate the retouched photos into a clean, striking design, combining dark and light elements.
• Mockup of the album cover : Creation of mockups to visualise the album cover in a real-life situation, ensuring a professional and convincing presentation.

Thanks to a methodical approach and attention to detail, the album cover created for Elyaquim manages to capture and represent its musical identity in a striking and visually coherent way.
