General terms and conditions of sale
GTCS for services
1. Object
These general terms and conditions of sale define the terms and conditions for the provision of services offered by Axemi Design (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) to its customers.
2. Orders and quotations
2.1. Orders for services are made by written agreement between the customer and the Service Provider.
2.2. Quotations issued by the Service Provider are valid for 30 days and are based on information provided by the customer. Any change in the scope of services may result in a revised quotation.
3. Terms of payment
3.1. The terms of payment are specified in the quotation.
3.2. Unless otherwise specified, payments are due on receipt of the invoice.
4. Cancellation and postponement
4.1. Any cancellation of a service must be notified to the Provider in writing 7 days before the scheduled date of the service.
4.2. The Provider reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the quotation.
5. Responsibilities
5.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the services in accordance with industry standards and the agreed specifications.
5.2. The Customer undertakes to provide all information and co-operation necessary for the performance of the services.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the provision of services remain the property of the Service Provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. The parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information obtained in the course of providing the services.
8. Disputes and Applicable Law
8.1. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to resolve it amicably.
8.2. These GCS are governed by French law.
